Abstract: This paper proposes a unique equivalent circuit model of Lithium Bismuth Borate Glass containing 10mol% Nickel and Vanadium ions using LEVM engine by CNLS fitting. A lithium bismuth borate glass framework is processed by the conventional melt quenching method. In this paper considerable effort was put into the development of equivalent circuit model using Impedance Spectroscopy. The result of research revealed that a very good fit circuit is achieved with Immittance parameters.
